Ireland & UK Orders: We try to send items
on a next day delivery basis, however, some items may
take longer at certain times of the year.
International
Orders: International orders take about 5 to
6 working days from the receipt of an order. Delivery
times may increase during busy periods of the year (i.e.
Christmas).

Retro use a secure payment gateway, SECpay,
for processing all credit transaction.
Shopping using a card has now become an accepted way to
pay for goods or services. We are all comfortable with handing
our card to a shop assistant or waiter, or giving our card
details to someone on the other end of the telephone.
For many people however putting card details
into a web site is still uncomfortable, as we are not sure
what is happening to the information we are submitting or
where it is going.
When you shop with a merchant who uses
SECPay you can be assured that your card details are securely
encrypted during transport over the Internet so no one can
read your card information. The card details are only transported
to a Bank to authorise your purchase.
SECPay guarantees that we will never:
- Pass on your financial details.
- Pass on any personal information gathered when you place
an order.
- Sell or rent your details, you will never receive junk
mail as a result of using SECPay.

pass to you on dispatch from our premises. Ownership of your
chosen products shall not pass to you until we receive cleared
funds payment in full of the price of your chosen products.

| Exchanges
& Refunds |
| We will exchange or refund goods you are not happy
with provided they are returned promptly to our warehouse and
are received in new and unused condition with the original wrapping
and copy of the invoice or receipt. We will not accept responsibility
for lost goods when returning goods and we reserve the right
to refuse, exchange or refund if the goods have been worn or
used, unless returned under complaint and the complaint is accepted
by us. P&P will be levied on all exchanges. Please note it is
your responsibility to pay for all return postage. All goods
are offered for sale subject to stock availability. We shall
not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the Agreement
by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform
any of our obligations if the delay or failure was due to any
cause beyond our reasonable control. Use of this site constitutes
your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect
on the date which you first use the site. The Authors reserve
the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by
posting changes online. You are responsible for reviewing regularly
information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes.
Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes
your acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted
